Technicians don't always have the time to reproduce the concerns of crazy customers and sane customers don't always have the time to convince their Technicians they're not crazy, so give them a chance to record up to a couple minutes of Data for their technicians with a good Smart phone and play back on their PC or MaxiSYS with a AP200 playback App that also record a few minutes of audio and video. Customers with this App along with Video from their smart phone can also prove to a dealer or car manufacturer that their car has an issue while it was still under warranty.
